Our tropical decorated guesthouse is located in a typical Amsterdam canal house built in 1777 on the former coastline of Amsterdam. The house has still her original facade with gable stone of an island with 3 palm trees. We welcomed our first guests in August of 1999.
We give each guest a warm welcome, a uniquely decorated room and of course our world famous breakfasts!

Set in 19 acres of Devon Woodland overlooking the sea and Exe estuary. Within easy walking distance of 1.5miles of glorious sandy beaches. The Warren Golf Club (500 metres) offers preferential rates to guests at the hotel.There is an internationally renowned nature reserve and bird sanctuary located on Dawlish Warren (800 metres.Powderham Castle ancestral home of the Earl of Devon is just 3 Miles from the Hotel and hosts regular Jousting competitions throughout the summer.Exeter the administrative capital of Devon is just 10 miles from the hotel and boasts a fine heritage dating back to Roman times and a comprehensive shopping centre.Dartmoor national Park is just 12 miles from the hotel with it's 365 square miles of unspoilt countryside and spectacular views.Newton Abott with it's regular markets and national hunt racecourse is just 10 miles away. Teignmouth and Shaldon are 4 and 5 miles away respectively on the banks of the Teign estuary.Plymouth with it's fine naval history is around an hours drive and also hosts the national maritime museum.
The Hotel is set in 19 acres of woodland with extensive lawns looking down over the sea.There is ample free parking within the secluded wooded grounds. The hotel is located on 2 floors with 11 rooms available on the ground floor and the remainder accessible by a lift and 4 staircases. There are extensive public rooms many with picturesque sea views.

The accommodation is a converted part of an old farmhouse in the village of La Manchica close to the towns of Fuente Alamo and Las Palas. We have single, double twin or triple en suite rooms to let on a room only or bed and breakfast basis. We are only a 20 minute drive away from both the pretty Port of Mazarron,where there are some lovely beaches, and the historical town of Cartagena. We are also within easy reach of many golf courses, the nearest ones being Hacienda del Alamo and the famous La Manga. Also Cartagena Motor Cycle race track is just a short drive away and for walkers and cyclists The Sierra de Espuna Nature Reserve park within easy reach.
All the rooms are newly built with views over the mountains. They are all en suite and have tea/coffee making facilities and TV's. Breakfast is served in the main house or the garden terrace.

Bed and breakfast

Our B&B is located at 25 mn from the race track in Le Mans. There are many castles to visit in the neighbourhood, as well as vineyards, open air markets. You can rent a free licence boat to make a cruise on the river and have a wonderful day visiting the region.
Our B&B can be rent by the bedroom or the full guest house, for one night or several weeks. Our three bedrooms can accomodate up to 9 persons and are all equipped with a complete bathroom. The main room is very much appreciated by families who need to cook and enjoy a holiday house.

We are located on the edge of the Abruzzi National Park, between Rome and Naples. The farm is on the foot of the mountain close to the town of Sora. It is a good combination of country experience but also all the advantages of the town. A beautiful area off the beaten bath where you can really feel immersed in the Italian culture.
The rooms have big windows and arereally spacious, over 20 metres square. They can accommodate up to five people. They have been recently restored with terracotta tiles and hand-made paitings. For the health of our guests, our farm is totally non-smoking in all the indoor space
