Aylstone was named seventy years ago, now an
executive wine country retreat. Six bedrooms with twin, queen or king beds, all with ensuite bathrooms, are
individual in style, with country ambience, and vineyard or garden vistas.

Aylstone is ideally suited to the conference needs of company boards of directors, for business meetings, product launches and promotional purposes as well as small private weddings and occasions.

Our mainspring and central interest is of course wine – befitting our unique location in the heart of
Martinborough’s vineyards. Fully licensed, the wine
library stores Champerelle’s award winning cellar,
vintages of the region and the world – from first growths to country classics – also available by the glass. After fifteen years in the city restaurant industry we are delighted we can offer accommodation in a relaxed country setting.

Entering Martinborough Via Featherston, pass Palliser Estate and then Lintz Estate. Turn left after church at corner ( Princess St ) Proceed straight ahead until you reach Huangarua Road ( Fourth on right - Look for white picket fence and tower above building. )
